Our Story
Why bm69 Was Built for Malaysian Players
bm69 is an online gambling platform developed with one clear goal: to provide a safe, fair, and engaging gaming environment for players across Malaysia. We operate under international licensing and apply the highest industry security standards to ensure every transaction and gaming session runs smoothly.
Since bm69 was founded, player satisfaction has been our top priority. Our platform is designed to be easy to use — whether you access it via laptop or mobile phone, the bm69 interface stays clean and responsive. Our game catalogue includes online slots from leading developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI, alongside live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and Teen Patti.
We understand that Malaysian players have unique needs — from local payment methods to support in Bahasa Melayu. That is why bm69 supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH. Every deposit starts from RM20, and withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
The bm69 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via live chat and email in both Bahasa Melayu and English. We believe that fast and accurate assistance is part of a good gaming experience — not just an added bonus.
New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300 — with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value (RM200 × 15 = RM3,000). This bonus applies to all main game categories at bm69.
